He is a rescue…. Wylie was down to 14 pounds when MAPR rescued him. His foster mommy got he up to 17 pounds and now he is a healthy 20 lbs. Wylie has had 3 homes in 4 years. He is now in his forever home, in sickness and health he is ours❤️
