Rules

ELIGIBILITY

Contest is open to all pugs and pug mixes (rescues or non rescues). Photos of pugs with their families or non-pug friends are welcome as well!

TIMELINE

Contest runs from September 14 - November 1, 2020.
Calendar's will be available on MAPR's Etsy site: www.etsy.com/shop/MidAtlanticPugRescue

PAYMENT AND ENTRY FEES

PHOTO FILE SUBMISSIONS

You may upload your photo in low resolution format. However, if your photo wins you must be able to provide a high resolution (300dpi and at least 8 x 10) copy for print in the calendar. If you cannot supply a high resolution photo, the next runner up will become the featured dog for that month.
Files should be saved as JPGs.
If shooting indoors, the red-eye reduction flash mode should be used to reduce "blue eye" effect.
No cell phone camera pictures will be used unless you have one of the most recent cell phones with resolutions matching digital cameras.
No hard copy entries will be accepted. You must enter your photo(s) via gogophotocontest.com
Submission of entry represents your consent for photo(s) to be posted for voting and to be used in the MAPR Calendar, if chosen, at no charge to MAPR. MAPR will retain the rights to use any photo submitted in any advertising or printing in the future. Please be sure to clarify any usage restrictions with any photographers you may have an ownership claim to your images.

WINNER CRITERIA

The 12 photos with the most votes will be featured as a dog of the month in the calendar. While we can't guarantee that you will be featured in the month of your choice, we will do our best to honor choices as much as possible.
