Our first foster fail- Cosmo is a snuggly hound who likes to be warm and dry. A bed or couch is not enough- he will move pillows to lie on top of and he really would like you to add a blanket on top. He is a contortionist and sleeps with paws in the air and nose bent back near his tail. He sings the song of the Hound when he’s hungry or happy or wanting a walk or wanting to go to bed- maybe a song is needed for most activities. In this photo, he is enjoying a walk in the rain but happy to be dry
