Pipboy was rescued from an abusive home in NH. He has a burn scar that tells his unfortunate story of his abuse. Though rescuing him from the house, he has grown to learn how life should be lived. He’s the happiest guy who loves to smile for his toys to be thrown! He finally understands what it means to be a dog, through going on daily trips to the dog park & hiking with him mom. Pipboy has a special place is anyone’s heart that he comes across & is always ready for a new adventure.
