Althea was found on the side of the road at two weeks old in Texas. We had been contemplating getting a second dog but couldn’t find the one. One day scrolling through Facebook I see this adorable pup and felt a connection. I saw she was in Texas and my heart dropped. I had no idea transport was an option. I thought well I have nothing to lose so I submitted my application. Stephanie responded within a couple days and before we knew it “Matza” was ours. She has blended right into our family as if she’s always been here. She loves to snuggle right next to me on my pillow and snores the night away. She is small but oh so mighty. She gives her 100 pound brother a run for his money. We are so blessed for this rescue giving us a chance and consider them family. ❤️
