Caisey enjoys relaxing in the New York Finger Lakes and loves to travel. She was called Sissy when we adopted her, which was fitting since she was afraid of everything. Sissy came from a backyard breeder in Ohio who was having financial difficulties and looking to place three Scotties. She was 3-1/2 years old, never been to a Vet, needed grooming and came with whip worms. Living only 2-1/2 hrs. from Ohio, I decided to meet Sissy and brought her home as a friend for my Scottie Caileigh. Sissy was quite a challenge, but became attached to Caileigh and learned from her. After losing Caileigh to TCC in November 2015, we changed Sissy’s name to Caisey (part Caileigh, part Sissy). She seems to like the name and after months of depression, Caisey has finally become “her own person” and an affectionate little girl who loves a belly rub.
