Gus is 8 years old, a happy, protective, loving boy. After rescue at about 13 months, Gus lived for 4 years with his "first Dad" in a high rise in Alexandria VA.
He got plenty of walks and treats. However Gus's Dad needed to have a seeing eye dog because his eyesight was getting very bad. That is when Gus bravely flew across country to Oregon to live with his "second Dad and Mom" in a house with a big green yard!! Gus never leaves either his Mom's or Dad's side. He plays and plays, helps Mom in the garden, goes for long country walks, and loves his extended West Coast family--even his two annoying labradoodle cousins. They know who is boss.
Gus is the center of attention and much loved!
