Magil is a 10-year old female and has been with us for nine of those years. She is the most energetic of the three terriers (two Scotties and one Westie) we have had. She absolutely loves to play and she plays hard. She has a 12-inch Jolly Egg toy that is about a third of her size that she pushes all over the backyard and a smaller version she bats around the house. Magil does her best to ensure that the neighborhood squirrels and rabbits get lots of exercise. She also enjoys helping with yardwork, especially pulling up roots. After a hard day of "work" she is happy to retire to what used to be my recliner. In this photo, she is in the middle of a three and a half mile hike through Chancellorsville Battlefield, one of four nearby battlefields she knows very well.
