I adopted Punky when she was a year and a half old, knowing that she had cataracts that would eventually lead to blindness or surgery. I went with the surgery option when her vision became too poor for her to enjoy walks and her playful nature faded. Following the surgery, which came with it's own complications, Punky was like a puppy again, and while she'll have to use eye drops for the rest of her life....her excitement over W-A-L-K-S can't be beat. She brightens my day, every day.
