About Us

MASTER, Mid Atlantic Scottish Terrier Education and Rescue is a 501 (c) (3) all volunteer dog rescue charity located in Silver Spring, MD. We provide rehabilitation and re-homing to stray or homeless Scottish Terriers and to all other dogs in need of care through a formal Rescue Program. We especially provide for dogs who need major medical care. Our goal is to educate, promote and encourage proper dog care and ownership practices. When there is nowhere else to turn MASTER is here!
