Ptarmigan was rescued through an organization that takes dogs out of shelters when their time has run out. We rescued him when he was only 3 months old. Ptarmigan often is judged by people because of the way he looks (he's part Pitbull) however Ptarmigan takes it upon himself to win the hearts of everyone he meets.
