MASTER; Mid Atlantic Scottish Terrier Education and Rescue is a 501(c) (3) non-profit all volunteer dog rescue charity located in Silver Spring, Maryland. We provide rehabilitation and re-homing to stray or homeless Scottish Terriers, Scottie mixes and all other dogs in need of care through a formal Rescue Program. Our goal is to educate, promote and encourage proper dog care and ownership practices. When there is nowhere else to turn MASTER is here!
