This is Lily. I adopted Lily's mom 15 years ago from MHS and wanted to adopt Lily as well, but she had been adopted earlier that morning. 13 years went by and a friend had taken in Lily after the gal that had her could no longer keep her. The day I went to my friends house and met Lily we fell in love and I begged my friend to let me have her since my friend had a lot on her plate being pregnant with her second child. My friend agreed and let me take Lily home. At this point I did not know she was Ginger's daughter. After getting her home she did some of the same thing Ginger would do and then I remembered the white little puppy I wanted to adopted years prior. With a little investigative work I was able to verify that Lily was in fact Gingers. Lily's ear tattoo was one number off from Gingers. She came back to me after so many years. Unfortunately Lily passed away in April. I can't think of a better way to honor my baby girl then to have her picture part of the MHS calendar.
