Mike adopted me as the only cat at the from the Franklin County (OH) Dog Shelter at eight years old. 11 years later Mike still wakes me up by pushing everything off the nightstand & then racing me down the stairs to go out to the screened in porch to check on his nemesis Dale the chipmunk. Mike says he should be in the calendar so that you have at least one senior cat to remind everyone one day or 11 years is a miracle to a cat who has never had a home.
