Your Pet's Story or Bio
Rosie G, a red cloud kelpie, was born in Western Australia. Originally a desert dog, Rosie came to Maui with her mother when she was two in 2006.

She adapted to island life pretty quickly including sailing on the SV Cornelia where she soon took ownership. But after awhile, Rosie wanted her own boat. And now she has her own blog to take you on her boat building journey. She also wrote a book called Rosie's Perspective, Dog Only Knows, giving her take on life, love and relationships.

Rosie had a full adventurous life with many human and dog friends in three different continents. Rosie passed over the rainbow bridge Saturday, 18 May 2019, the first day of her 16th year.

While she won't be able to sail on her boat the SV Rosie G, she is keeping an eye on it's progress and will have her ashes inbedded in the boat so she will always be with us. Her remaining ashes will be sailed back to Australia on her boat to be scattered there.
