Life wasn’t always so laid-back for Aka. Aka was only 6 months old and 18 pounds in 2017 when he was left tied up in the parking lot of the Maui Humane Society with no water or food. The Humane Society found a foster mom who could never give him back and had to adopt Aka💙

Aka loves hiking, digging, SUPing, dogs, sticks, hanging in hammocks, and being with friends/family. Because of his past, he sometimes get scared of new people, but through time, love, patience, training, trainers, a muzzle, and lots and lots of treats he has become the best Aka he can be💙
