Journey has become my constant travel companion. We’ve been on trains, planes, busses, boats, and in cars. As a type 1 diabetic, taking a trip always carries an extra layer of complications. Journey has given me the confidence to go traveling because she can alert me to low blood sugars no matter the vehicle or the locale and she can get help if needed. She doesn’t hesitate to hop aboard and is cheerful wherever we go. Her job is to keep me safe and my job is to keep her safe. We have worked hard to trust each other and we love our adventures. Who’s the best girl? JOURNEY!
