Foo Chavez, or Foo Bear as she is commonly known, is a Hava-Tzu from West Tennessee. She's an expert at floof maintenance, a treat aficionado (aka "snob"), master of wiggles, and queen of snuggles. She loves long walks in the evening, traveling to see her relatives, and the occasional grilled chicken tender. Use caution when approaching as the wiggly butt and flag-like tail have been known to cause ridiculous amounts of happy.
