Ruger and Maverick both came from MAS. Ruger's pregnant mom was picked up by MAS and gave birth at the shelter. Had it not been for a wonderful foster named Mary Burrows and RGDR, Ruger and his litter would not be alive today. Maverick was dumped with his "brother" Vegas by his owner MAS. Him and his brother were emaciated, neglected, abused and HW +. Thankfully a wonderful lady named Lorie Beville saw the potential in them and pulled them for SOAR. An emergency foster plea went out and my husband and I took the challenge. It was clear after a short time that Maverick and I were inseparable and there was no way I could let him go. My husband agreed and now he is ours for ever! Maverick and Ruger are the best duo and we are so glad to have them in our lives! FOSTERS SAVE LIVES
