Jake Navarro is back. This is how he keeps warm during the winter (or summer in San Francisco). At 16 1/2, he is as handsome as ever. Patti-Cakes!, who submitted a picture last year, is camera shy this year. At 17 1/2, she is still going strong. Both are alum of MCHS.
