Jake was the star of March, 2017. Here is he is, pretty-in-pink cone albeit looking grouchy, after cancer surgery for a very aggressive adenocarcinoma of an anal gland in April. 4 months later, he is cancer free and has gained a pound. At 17 1/2, he chases a laser light as if he were still a kitten. Patti-Cakes!, who was in the 2016 calendar along with Jake, recently lost her battle with chronic kidney failure. She was almost 19. Both are MCHS Alum.
