Your Pet's Story or Bio
Luna walked into our home two years ago and into our hearts. It was a hot summer night in the Bay Area and the eve of a full moon, so the front door to our condo was wide open. In walks this beautiful white cat as if she owned the place. We gave her attention, and some treats and she made herself right at home. She even ran up the stairs to one of the bedrooms and fell asleep under the bed. She left , but then came back again over the next two evenings. I was concerned that she was lost so took her to the local veterinary hospital to see if she had been chipped. Sure enough she was . The family who had rescued her originally were our neighbors. We contacted them to let them know we found Luna (they named her Precious) and offered to adopt her. They were relieved saying that Luna had been escaping often since they had a little baby and another cat, and they had been considering giving her away. We brought her back to our home in Mendocino , rescuing her yet one more and final time.
