Your Pet's Story or Bio
Sparky came to us on 7/4/18 and we quickly fell in love. We discovered right away that he actually belonged to a neighbor but due to other animals in their home he would leave a lot, roam the neighborhood and stay gone for long stretches. The neighbor tried to take him back home but quickly brought him back and said he wasn’t happy there and would we like to officially adopt him? We were overjoyed! The first couple of years he was an indoor/outdoor cat. He always came home to spend the night and enjoyed hanging outside with us when we did yard work or gardening. He also excelled at Pocket Gopher hunting and kept our yard looking pristine. Two years ago Sparky became an exclusively indoor cat due to health reasons. He quickly adapted and is as happy as a clam! He loves lounging in his picture window seat with a clear view of the bird feeder and bath. His favorite birds to watch are Steller’s Jays, Band Tailed Pigeons and Hummingbirds.
