Phineas is a lovable, a most lovable black lab, born in Missouri. Formerly a nationwide traveler, Phin is a former resident of Maryland, and happily now Fort Bragg. His name comes from Fionn mac Cumhaill (Finn MacCool) the leader of Irish warriors of Fianna, considered to be a giant in Irish mythology. Phinny is daunting as a grownup, but truly sweet, funny, and an honorable gentleman who really hopes for a vote or two!
