Moose had a rough start to life. At 2 months old he was found as a stray under a dumpster in King County , pretty badly hurt with wounds all over his neck and back. He was so badly hurt , they think he was either attacked by a coyote or used as a bait dog. He was brought into the local shelter, cleaned up but stayed in shelters , moving around for another 2 months.

When we found saw him , on Halloween at the shelter , our hearts jumped. He was tucked in the back of his kennel lying on his bed not moving his head but his eyes followed us around. He was covered in scars and healing wounds , with shaved patches all over his body. When we got to meet him , he was shy and unsure. Maybe because he had been in shelters for 2 months! We welcomed him into our lives and hearts and he’s become such a loving and friendly pup. Part boxer , part American bulldog , he’s an active sweetheart that loves to snuggle , wrestle , and squirm around. His favorite is to climb into bed with us !
