I saw Lattes photo on the humane society web page and I told myself when I got back from California and she was still there she was mine. She had been ferrel and it has taken 3 years for her to let me pet her while I'm sitting
In my chair. She's more outgoing and loving when I'm in bed with the lights out and then she cannot get enough loving. She also wakes me in the morning by meowing and licking. She still does not like to be held or sit on my lap we're working on that. It's only been in the last month that she will come to my chair for pets. She is in charge of her sister Candie cleaning her and playing chase through the condo.
