We've had Abby since she was 4 months old. She is playful, loves people and most other dogs, and eeriely capable of communicating with us. She is most helpful in alerting us to people at the door and critters in the garden - especially deer. And she makes a great bunkie. The above pose is her classic "Wanna play with my ball?"
