We decided to foster Huck & Sawyer during the corona quarantine this year. As a busy working single momma, I wanted a dog for my daughter and I, but never thought I would have the time to train a puppy. A job furlough due to Corona changed all of that! We fostered these two handsome boys with plans to keep one, and ended up choosing them both! These two have since become my only child’s “shepherds.” They track with her on the trails, keep her safe as she is climbing cliffs by the creek, and roll around with her...they truly are the brothers she never had. We are SO grateful to MEHS for adding life and joy to our family and home.
