Meet Phoebe – From Fearful to Fabulous!

Phoebe is more than just a pretty face—she’s a symbol of resilience, growth, and the power of second chances. Rescued by The Animal Foundation from an animal hoarding situation, she was once a timid puppy who could barely walk ten steps without trembling and shutting down. But today, thanks to the love of her family and her incredible training through Michael’s Angel Paws, Phoebe is blossoming into a confident, caring, and brilliant future service dog who has changed her family’s life for the better.

In just one year, Phoebe has totally transformed. She now shines in agility class, loves to play fetch, and loves going to teach middle school with her mom, where she brings joy to students and staff every day. Phoebe was even featured in the school yearbook!
