Dally was found roaming the streets of Peurto Rico. We adopted him from a Peurto Rican rescue 4 years ago in March when he was 7 weeks old. Dally has a heart of gold and loves people and other dogs. I never thought I'd love another dog like this after my last dog passed, but he stole our hearts!
