At 16 years of age, Flash was adopted by his furever family in June, 2016. At the time, Flash weighed 59 lb. Through dieting and exercise, Flash now weighs 31 lb! Flash is a happy and healthy 18 year old beagle that loves communicating with all 1700 friends on his Facebook page "FLASH, The Beagle." He has been a weight loss coach to both human and fur friend alike. He is also a strong advocate for senior rescue and adoption. Flash's hobbies include talking to all the boaters and kayakers who paddle by his dock, playing with his 3 rescue beagle brothers and one rescue beagle sister, gnawing on a good bone, and enjoying a good nap on a rainy day..
