Your pet's story or bio
Mister was rescued by my wife and I after our beautiful corgi Libby passed away. Her sister Gracie went into severe depression and would not eat, move or do any activity at all (cried at night). After 6 months of watching her hurt, we knew we had to do something NOW. We went to the Berman Center in Westland with Gracie, hoping to find someone that would fill the void, and mostly, RESCUE a lost soul. The people at the Berman Center were awesome, and placed the 2 in a room to "meet". They've been inseparable ever since. The outcome has been amazing for both. Mister is a momma's boy for sure, but he got his new sister to eat, play ball again, bark, and be herself. Mister is a happy new brother, and Gracie is a happy big sister.
FYI, Gracie is almost 13, and Mister just turned 6
