Mitzie & Ziggy are two of a kind, sister & brother Chi-Zu's. Normally they are coiffed accordingly to their tiny yet mighty attitudes, but things this year haven't quite gone according to plan. These two are as goofy, and loyal, as it gets. And I do believe it shows.
