Rocky was surrendered by his previous owner when she could no longer afford to take care of him. He's quite little and shy, so the rescue thought it best for him to be in a foster home. Unfortunately, he had to keep moving from house to house. We were lucky enough to find his profile online and adopt him. He's the love of our lives!
