Your Pet's Story or Bio
Scout was surrendered at an early age because he was "too much to handle". What we discovered was he was a vivacious puppy, a terrier mix breed in need of lots of exercise. We fell in love with his high energy personality instantly, and he has been a great addition to our all rescue pet family. He has bonded with our nearly blind 5 year old Papillion, and they love to ride in the car to go hiking at the State Park. Scout enjoys chasing squirrel and chipmunk, although he never catches any, it's just the thrill of the chase. His favorite activity is riding on the boat, wind flapping his ears back to find a spot for a sand dune hike. Swimming afterward to fetch a stick is always a fun treat. Scout is only 2 1/2 yrs old, we look forward to many years with our sweet son.
