After loosing our first rottie and years of not being able to get another we found Hammer.

Hammer is our big 2 year old baby. We got him when he was 6 1/2 weeks old and about 5lbs. His mother rejected the litter at about 3 weeks and he was the last of his littermates. He now weighs 120lbs but still believes he can fit in your lap.

He has the best demeanor. He gets along well with all people and creatures big and small. He loves his two cats and older sister, a miniature American Shepard as well as the human girls (9 yrs and 14 yrs) that spoil him with affection and treats.

He loves the attention that he gets from people when we go anywhere. He's so relaxed and it has been recommended that he start training to be a therapy dog. He's such a good boy and he doing his part to show others that rottweilers are big, gentle giants.

This picture is of him the day of the eclipse. It was cloudy where we were at and the girls kept looking up so he was looking up too. The girls decided to put sunglasses on him and this cool dog was the result.
