Sir Arthur (or Artie) is a MidSouth Pug Rescue alum. While we don't know anything about his life before rescue, it is obvious that it was not pleasant. He came to us absolutely terrified of everyone and everything. With 2 years of love and patience, he is now a happy member of our family.
