Rules

Contest begins September 10, 2017 at 08:00 am (CDT) and ends October 1, 2017 at 8:00 pm (CDT).

• Each photo entry must be of a pug or pug mix; you pug does not have to be from MidSouth Pug Rescue; all pugs are welcome.  Submit your pug's photo with a minimum $5 tax deductible donation for each photo entry. You may enter as many times as you like.
• Submit a photo of your pug(s). Include your pug’s name(s), your name and address (address will not be displayed only city and State), and an introduction telling us a little something about your Pug.  Please limit intro to 300 characters or less. 
• All submissions must be of good digital quality to retain detail when enlarged. Entry photo must be animal only – no people.  Multiple pets can appear in the picture provided one of the pets is a Pug.  Optimal photo should be sized to fit on an 8.5” tall x 11” wide format.
• Any photo submission which does not comply with the above rules will be disqualified by MidSouth Pug Rescue Calendar coordinator.
• All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulations under the supervision of GoGo Photo Contest, whose decisions are final and binding.
• All entries and photographs become the property of  MidSouth Pug Rescue (MSPR) for any and all purposes without compensation. By submitting a photo entry, you warrant and represent that your entry is your own original work created by you and that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your entry materials. If you submit an entry that is copyrighted by another individual, you are responsible for any legal action the copyright holder takes against you.
• By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless MSPR and the contest Sponsors and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, volunteers and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claims of any nature arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
• The Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Want a guaranteed spot in the calendar?  Reserve a day to honor your Pug.  Your Pug’s photo will appear on the day of your choice.  Just choose your favorite photo and then choose the day and pay!  First come first served!  Once a date has been reserved, it will no longer be available.  Each day is $10.  Reserve a day here!
