Your Story
Hi, my name is Celina. I was born prematurely at 32 weeks via emergency c-section after my mother went into preterm labor. I spent 91 days at 3 different NICUs due to issues with feeding and eventually needed surgery for g-tube in order to go home and finally meet my older sister. I met numerous NICU nurses and neonatologists during my long journey who all said I was very cute and easy going. I am thankful for their wonderful care which helped me grow and almost triple my birth weight. Since being home, I have been working on bottle feedings and have learned to be very vocal. I am hopeful that someday I can have the g-tube out.
