What’s your pet’s story?
Fiona came to be mine just a few weeks after I had to say goodbye to my 20-year-old gray cat Neesha. After years of hospicing other cats, I had not planned to adopt another senior cat. But Fiona and I already knew and loved each other, as I clean her previous owner's house. Her cat dad knew I needed a new friend and had experience with senior kitties.

Check out the Rorschach blot pattern on her cute little face! She's round and short, and has been mistaken for a dwarf cat even though she's not one.

I've found that senior cats give you lessons on how to live in the moment, and I'm grateful for that.
