2022 Happy T’Ales Beer Label Contest

Contest Entry
- The minimum donation for submitting an entry for the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society’s Happy T’Ales Label Contest in conjunction with Brown’s Brewing Company is $10 per entry.
- Entries must be accompanied by a photo of one pet.
- You may submit as many entries as you like. One entry fee per pet.
- All entries must be submitted online. We are not able to accept hard copies.
- Entries must be received by Thursday, September 8, 2022, at 9:00:00 PM EDT.
- The pet receiving the most votes will be featured on a Brown’s Brewing Company beer label. An artist will create a custom label based on the photo provided. Note: the photo may be altered or stylized for the label design.
- Once entered, all photos become the property of the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society and can be used, edited, or modified for print or marketing purposes.
- Any photo or caption deemed inappropriate by MHHS staff will be eliminated from the contest.
Eligible Entries
- All animal species (other than humans) are eligible.
- Your pet does not have to be adopted from MHHS to be eligible to enter.
- Photographs must either feature pets owned by the entrant OR the entrant must have permission from the pet's owner to submit their pet's image.
- Acceptable photo formats are JPEG and PNG.
- Photos may contain only one pet.
- A clear, high-quality image of the pet’s face is preferred.
- Photos must contain only pets (no people).
Contest Voting
- Each dollar donated to a pet's campaign represents one vote.
- Due to processing costs, a minimum $5 donation is required.
- All donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
- All donations to the label contest are final.
- All votes must be applied to selected pets by the conclusion of the voting period to be counted.
- An email address is required to make an online donation so a receipt with tax information can be sent to the donor.
Contest Deadline
- Entries must be received by Thursday, September 8, 2022, at 9:00:00 PM EDT.
Prizes
- First Place – Custom label, framed print of label artwork, two 4-packs of Brown's Best Friends IPA and two tickets to Oktopurrfest, which takes place on Thursday, October 13 at Brown's Revolution Hall in Troy.
- Second and Third Place - Two tickets for Oktopurrfest each.
