Pet's Story or Bio
Jasper is a rescue who enjoys snacks, full body wiggles, the attention of strangers (cause they have snacks!), car rides, long walks on the beach and nap times!

Jasper’s first year was rough. His person died, he ended up hungry and finally in doggie jail. Due to over crowding he came within 2 days of going across the rainbow bridge. Finally noticed by a rescue he found his way to me. Jasper moved in and was the perfect most well behaved dog I had ever met…. For the first 6 weeks. Then the full force of his hyper, mischievous, counter surfing ways was unleashed and there was no looking back!

Each day he greets the day with sheer enthusiasm, floppy ears and a whipping tail. Meal times are when he practices his full body wiggles and his twirlies. He has never met a stranger, and is in disbelief when one tries to walks past without petting him ( which rarely happens). Bed time is for head butts and snuggles from his cats. He hates to be left alone, or have his collar taken off. Even after 5 years.

Always willing to help with the household chores weather it’s washing dishes, cleaning the floor or removing edible clutter from the counters, he believes in earning his keep!

I’m sorry he had such a tough start, but I’ll be forever grateful he found his way to me. And I like to think he would agree.
