Story behind the cap idea/Bio
My cap is all based on my love for baking, and my future career choice. I am going to Johnson & Wales in Charlotte and majoring in Baking & Pastry Arts. I wanted this cap to be a representation of what I love now, and my future. I love sharing my baked goods with friends and family. It’s how I express myself, how I relax, but also how I challenge myself. I enjoy being able to experiment with different flavors and change my approach based on feedback. I chose this career field for many reasons, but a big one being that I love working with my hands. I dread the idea of working at a desk all day, and would much prefer to be on my feet – decorating cakes, kneading bread dough and developing new recipes.
