Pet's Story or Bio
Zodd was 10 years old when his family surrendered him to the shelter. Luckily, he didn't stay there for long! The time was right for me to adopt about one month after his surrender. I went around to all the cats, saying hello and giving them little pets through their cages. When I got to Zodd, (then known as Beast,) he eagerly pressed his chin against my hand and closed his eyes. Talking to staff, I pulled my hand away, only for it to be stopped - with his eyes still closed, Beast had reached out with his paw and was gently holding onto my finger! That was all I needed. He came home with me that day and was reborn as the magnanimous Zodd.
