Pet's Story or Bio
Sebastian was rescued along with two other cats off the streets of Baltimore City just before Winter Storm Jonas in January 2016. He is incredibly affectionate and loves sitting right next to people whenever he gets the chance (and playing with ornaments on Christmas trees, too!).
