Pet's Story or Bio
Rosebud (in her brown attire) and Charlie Manuel (in her black attire) were rescued from a puppy mill in Louisiana while still in their mother's womb. Shortly after giving birth, their mother (Rose) passed away from complications of disease, malnutrition, and worms. We were very fortunate to adapt these girls from GCDR prior to returning to Philly from New Orleans.

Eight years later, Rosebud is a spitting image of her mom and Charlie Manuel is her bodyguard. They are both avid Phillies Phans and you can usually see them strolling through NoLibs with either their Phillies or Eagles gear on. They are inseparable as sisters and will play a game of tag with any other puppy ready to play.

Without your continued support of animal rescue missions throughout this country, our girls most likely would have parished without their mom. For that, Rosebud and Charlie would like to say "Thank You.....and can I now have a treat?"
