Pet's Story or Bio
My dog Shadow had recently passed and I was devastated. My boyfriend and fellow animal lover suggested that, when I was ready, we take a look at a local rescue’s kittens. I saw Marnie and I loved her immediately. Later, while we were signing her adoption papers I discovered that she had been born the day I had to put Shadow down. I know it’s silly, but a part of me felt like it was quite a coincidence and perhaps somehow Shadow made certain that I would always have a companion to watch over me. Marnie taught me that even though I’ll always love, and miss, previous companions, there is always enough love to go around.
