11 years ago Khalessi was found astray and brought to our hospital. After several unsuccessful attempts to find her parents, our team decided that she would become our hospital foster and we would diligently work to find her a furever home! Fast forward not even a week later, our entire team fell head over paws in LOVE with her and we couldn't bear not to have her as part of our day so we adopted her as our resident hospital cat! Khalessi has brought so much joy to our lives with her sweet purrs and constant need for affection which is so appreciated especially during the toughest parts of the job, saying goodbye to our wonderful patients as they cross the rainbow bridge. She undoubtedly rescued us!
