Nutmeg was found in the middle of rush hour traffic on the Ben Franklin Parkway when she was four weeks old. Her rescuer rushed into oncoming traffic to save her. The original plan was to bring this tiny, fluffy tortie directly to Morris, but because she was so small and young she needed to be fostered. She became part of Morris’s Find to Foster program. Her foster family (also her rescuers) fell in love and she was the definition of a foster fail! Nutmeg joined 3 other rescue cats to complete the family. She might be the youngest and the smallest, but she is the busiest and the bossiest. Even if she is mischievous or demonstrates “tortie-tude” it’s impossible to be annoyed because she is the cutest and most affectionate little kitty!
