Herbie was rescued from a high kill shelter in Georgia on the day he was scheduled to be euthanized. He made his way to Minnesota through a foster-based rescue, and he has been living his best life since being adopted 8years ago. He loves to impress his friends at the vet’s office with his snappy dressing, and on this day he donned his finest tie for them!
